Usage
Super Strength Holistically Standardized Extract:
Take 3-6 drops 3-5 times daily for an extended period of time (three to four months).
Alcohol-Free "Ultimate" Extract:
Take 5-10 drops 3 times daily, one half hour before meals for an extended period of time (three to four months).
