Dosage Forms
St. John's Wort is available in concentrated, certified Kosher and Parve, Super Strength Holistically Standardized low alcohol extract and an alcohol free
"Ultimate" extract. Both are packaged in convenient 50ml amber glass bottles with pipette droppers.
Indications
Recent clinical trials confirm the effectiveness of St. John's wort in treating mild states of depression, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and sleeping disorders. St. John's wort's antibacterial and antiviral properties

Contraindications

Storage

Usage
Internally:
Super Strength Holistically Standardized Extract
Take 5-8 drops 3 times daily, one half hour before meals. To see benefits in the treatment of depression, St. John's wort must be taken continuously for at least one month.
Alocohol-Free "Ultimate" Extract
Take 8-12 drops 3 times daily, one half hour before meals. To see benefits in the treatment of depression, St. John's wort must be taken continuously for at least one month.
Externally:
Apply the Super Strength Holistically Standardized Extract liberally two times daily, as required, over wound, bruises, and varicose veins.
